AI Websites

Property sites that answer back — every visitor greeted, every question met.

Your property website becomes the first leasing conversation, not a brochure. Betterbot builds a complete property site — floorplans, gallery, virtual tours, neighborhood, amenities, unit map, FAQ — with the AI built into every page, answering from your property's synced pricing, availability, and policies. Already have a site you love? The same AI drops onto it as a one-tag chat widget.

How it works

Start from what you already haveBetterbot builds the property's content from your existing website or a single listing page — floorplans, amenities, specials, pet policy, photos, FAQs — then keeps it in sync with your PMS. Each kind of data has its own refresh schedule: pricing and availability daily by default, and as often as every 15 minutes for properties that need it.
Your property gets a site that talksFloorplans, gallery, virtual tour, neighborhood, amenities, interactive unit map, and FAQ pages — with the conversation available everywhere, styled to your brand, in light or dark.
Every visitor gets a real answerPricing, availability, fees, and policies come from your PMS data rather than a static page, complete with photo galleries, side-by-side floorplan comparisons, virtual tour previews, and a cost calculator right in the chat.
Search engines read the same answersYour content pages don't just host a chatbot, they publish its answers. Each page asks the AI its own question on the server — “show me all available floorplans” — and renders the result as plain, indexable HTML with beds, baths, square feet, and rent. Search engines read current inventory; visitors get the conversation. Structured data and a sitemap generated from the live routes come standard.
On your own domainThe site runs on the property's own web address, with your logo, your colors, and your photos. Nobody has to know it started as a conversation.
Campaign links open mid-conversationEach property gets short links you can put in an ad, a flyer, or an email signature. Someone who follows one lands on your site with the chat already open and already discussing that campaign — specials, availability, photos, or a tour. Put your own QR code in front of the link and flyers work the same way.

Do you have any 2 bedrooms under $2,000 for August?
Two, actually — Unit 204 at $1,850 with a courtyard view, and Unit 311 at $1,925 on the top floor. Want to see the floorplans, or shall I book you a tour?
Tour, please — Saturday?

Straight answers

Do we have to replace our existing website?

No. You can run the full Betterbot property site, or keep your current site and add the AI as a single script tag. It renders inside its own isolated container, so your site's styles and the widget's can't reach each other. Both run the same AI.

Where do the answers come from?

From your property's own data — pricing, availability, floorplans, fees, policies — synced from your PMS on a schedule, daily by default and as often as every 15 minutes where it matters. Tour times are checked live against your calendar the moment someone asks. The AI is built to never invent details it doesn't have.

Can someone compare floorplans?

Yes. The AI can put up to four floorplans side by side in one table, and after any floorplan answer a visitor can narrow by bedrooms, availability, or price with one tap.

Can it match our branding?

Colors, logos, hero copy, welcome message, themes including dark mode, social links, and per-page visibility — all configured per property, no redeploy needed.

Does it actually help with SEO?

Yes — pages are server-rendered with real property content and structured data, and the sitemap is generated from the live routes so it can never drift from what's actually on the site.
